Those words are like a knife to the heart. They create an endless Vicious Cycle: You are overweight -> your knees hurt / you get tired easily -> you can't exercise -> you get stressed -> your body releases Cortisol (stress hormone) -> you eat to relieve stress -> you gain even more weight.
And then doctors tell you to "just go exercise"... It’s like telling someone with a broken leg to get up and run a marathon. It’s impossible.

Type A: Subcutaneous Fat (Outer Layer): This is the soft layer under the skin that you can grab and pinch. This is the part that is Suctionable.

1.3 The Hidden Dangers on the Operating Table Why do general doctors fear High BMI cases? Because a heavy body is in a state of Low-Grade Chronic Inflammation.
Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA): Overweight people often have short, thick necks. When lying on their back under anesthesia, the tongue and throat tissues collapse and block the airway. This makes intubation 3 times harder than normal, risking oxygen deprivation.
Restrictive Lung Disease: Belly fat pushes the diaphragm up, crowding the lungs. This reduces lung capacity and impairs gas exchange.
Deep Vein Thrombosis / Pulmonary Embolism (DVT/PE): This is a surgeon's worst nightmare. Overweight individuals have highly viscous blood (Hypercoagulable state) that circulates slowly. Blood clots can form in the legs and travel to block the lungs (PE), which can be instantly fatal.

CHAPTER 2: THE PREPARATION - Weight Loss Pens... The Bridge to Safety
